Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Please notify us within 5 days to be eligible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns (Online only)
Our policy lasts 14 days for online orders. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odour, perfumes, food and smoke.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchange. Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons the following products are a FINAL SALE:
- Accessories face masks, products with an adhesive base (nipple covers, breast tape etc.) socks, hosiery, and products in sealed packages or containers.
- All Panties and men's underwear
- Swimwear with a gusset (including one-piece swimwear, swim bottoms) shapewear
- Lingerie with a gusset (crotch), waist cinchers, corsets and items that come with an attached panty
- Clearance Items - This includes include all marked down items, as well as any promotional sale or using a discount code. Any item ending in ".00" will also be a Final Sale
- In-store and online gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.
To complete your return, we require the original receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is a FINAL SALE.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase date will not be valid for return or credit.
Refunds (Online Purchases Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded. If you received Free shipping then actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
In Store Purchases:
In store purchases are only valid for store credit only with in 14 days of the original purchase date. You must have the original packaging as well as the tags attached with the original receipt and in the same state you purchased the item. We offer 14 day store credit on products purchased in store on returnable products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odour, perfumes, food and smoke.
In store purchases are not valid for Refunds.
Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of return.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sheer-essentials@shaw.ca and send your item to: 446 Trans Canada Highway, Duncan British Columbia CA V9l 3R6.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 446 Trans Canada Highway Duncan British Columbia CA V9L 3R6.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. When you receive Free Shipping and return over the $249 Free Shipping Minimum the Original Shipping charges will be deducted from your Refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Moulded bras or products with formed cups must be shipped in a box with adequate room and not an envelope to prevent damage.
